Anti-corrosion primer 911 “EXPRESS” is used for anti-corrosion protection in complex paint and varnish coating systems of metal structures during construction and repair, operating in various climatic conditions. High level of adhesion to ferrous metals, does not peel or crack. It is characterized by a fairly short drying time – 60 minutes, and is not demanding in terms of surface preparation. One of the major advantages is that the primer can be applied directly to the rust (up to 50 microns). When applied to the surface, it fills the smallest irregularities and defects.

911 EXPRESS is applied by brush, roller, pneumatic or airless sprayer on a dry, clean and thoroughly degreased surface. The recommended number of layers is 1-2 with a dry film thickness of 50-60 microns per layer. The next layer of paint should be applied no later than 2 hours after the previous one. Before use, mix thoroughly for 3-5 minutes until a smooth uniform substance. If necessary, organic solvents can be used for dilution, no more than 20% of the paint mass. These solvents can be used to clean instruments after use.
