To order a product in the online store, proceed as follows:

-Place the mouse cursor on the image of the product you are interested in and press the right mouse button.

-Choose the packaging you need.

-Select the quantity of goods in the box, enter the required number of goods you want to buy.

-Choose a color tone name or code.

-Press the red menu icon labeled “Add to Cart”.

-Your product will be added to your shopping cart.

-Do all of the above with the other items you are interested in purchasing.

-To make a purchase, open the cart by placing the mouse cursor on the “View Cart” icon in the upper right corner of the page.

-When you open the cart, you can view your shopping list, change the number of items or delete an item you do not need.

-Choose the method of receiving the product (Receive the order in the store: Zirņu 8, Rīga; OMNIVA parcel terminal or deliver by VENIPAK).

-If you are satisfied with your shopping list, continue your purchase by clicking on the red “Proceed to checkout” icon.

-Fill in all the necessary information about you as a buyer in the section “Billing & Shipping”.

-Check the form of payment.

-When you have finished your order, click on the red “Place order” icon.

-You will receive information about your order on the e-mail address you provided.

The online store www.krasa.lv provides delivery of the order by parcel terminal, courier service or receipt of the product, arriving in person at the retail store www.krasa.lv in Riga, Zirņu 8.

Delivery terms and costs vary depending on the total weight of the product selected by the buyer (with packaging) and delivery addresses.

After placing the order, an invoice will be sent to the buyer’s e-mail address, which must be paid within 3 days of placing the order.

The invoice can be paid at any bank or post office, incl. via Internet banking. The delivery price depends on the weight of the shipment and the place of receipt (see pricing in the DELIVERY section.)

Delivery of goods by parcel post is made within two working days.

Delivery by courier is made within two working days (in the territory of Latvia outside Riga, Riga district and cities * – within three to four working days).

The goods are delivered to the addressee at the address specified in the order. Upon receipt, the customer presents the identity documents to the courier.
