PRIMER, based on a high-quality aqueous polymer resin dispersion, is an ideal solution for renovation and construction projects. It reduces the absorbency of the substrate, strengthens the base, lowers paint consumption, helps prevent uneven paint application, and improves the adhesion of decorative and protective coatings. It is designed for priming substrates prior to the application of paints, varnishes, plasters, wallpaper, floor screeds, leveling and self-leveling compounds, fillers, adhesives, and other materials. It is perfectly suited for microcement systems and heated floors, and is ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. It also reduces dusting on floors, subfloors, and plasters. Thanks to its versatility, PRIMER can be used on a wide range of construction substrates—including mineral, concrete, microcement, cement, cement-lime, and gypsum surfaces—as well as on old, previously painted surfaces that have lost their original properties over time. Tinting the primer with the PIGMENT MIX pigment concentrate makes it easier to ensure an even application across the surface being primed. PRIMER is an essential aid for renovation and construction projects, ensuring a firm and durable substrate.

APPLICATION:
› The surface to be primed must be dry, clean, and free of grease. Remove any loose layers that are not firmly bonded to the substrate.
› Stir the product thoroughly immediately before application. Do not dilute.
› Apply a thin, even coat of PRIMER to the prepared surface using a brush, roller, or sprayer.
› When priming highly absorbent or weak substrates, it is recommended to apply a second coat while the first is still wet (a “wet-on-wet” technique).
› The drying time is approximately 2 hours, depending on the conditions at the application site (temperature and humidity).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
› Optimal application conditions: temperature between +10°C and +30°C, with a relative humidity below 70%.
› Clean tools with water and detergent immediately after use.

COVERAGE:
› 10–15 m²/l, depending on the application method, the type of substrate, and its absorbency. Coverage figures refer to a single coat. NUMBER OF COATS:
› 1 to 2 coats, depending on the type of substrate and its absorbency.
