Acrylic organic composite coating.

PURPOSE: used for hardening and dust removal of concrete floors, especially industrial ones, for processing building facades and plinths, reinforced concrete structures, etc. before painting; and also as an independent transparent protective coating with a “wet stone” effect for decorative stone and bricks, paving stones. Also suitable for processing foam concrete, fiber cement (shale), concrete, cement and lime-sand and other porous mineral surfaces.

SURFACE PREPARATION: thoroughly clean of dirt, dust and traces of oil. Remove old peeling coatings, salt deposits, “cement milk”. The surface must be dry and clean, the moisture content of concrete bases must not exceed 4%.

APPLICATION: Apply by brush, brush, roller or spray gun. The primer layer is applied by the “wet on wet” method, ensuring uniform absorption without the formation of a continuous glossy film, if necessary, dilution with Kompozit® Thinner is possible. After complete drying, it is recommended to apply 1 – 2 layers to achieve a “wet stone” effect (with each subsequent layer, the gloss and density of the coating increases), or to paint the surface with acrylic solvent-based (it is also possible to paint with acrylic water dispersion) paints or enamels . Drying time at +20 °C and 50% relative air humidity is 1 hour, application and painting of the next layer is possible within 4 hours, but this time increases significantly as the temperature drops. Degree of surface coverage: 5 – 10 m2/l in 1 layer, depending on the porosity of the surface.

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND SAFETY: Store and transport in a labeled hermetic container at a temperature from -20 to +30 °C, out of the reach of children. When stored at low temperatures, the product may become cloudy, when the temperature rises, the transparency is restored. Protect from fire, heating devices, direct sunlight and moisture. DANGEROUS! Contains xylene. Effective ventilation is required. Wear protective clothing and gloves during application. If it gets on the skin, wash with water and a neutral detergent. In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical attention immediately. Clean working tools with Kompozit® Thinner. The container and product residues are disposed of as construction waste after drying.
