One-component zinc-rich primer for corrosion protection using cold galvanizing. Does not contain lead compounds.

Primer DSE Zn Barrier-100 is used for corrosion protection of the metal body of cars and trucks, self-propelled, specialized and other types of land and water transport. Suitable for priming galvanized, ferrous and non-ferrous metals. After drying, it forms a uniform protective film equivalent to hot-dip galvanizing technology. You can carry out welding work on top of the coating after it has completely dried. Does not spread corrosion under the film and has high adhesion to the surface.

Application
DSE Zn Barrier-100 primer is applied with a brush, roller, pneumatic or airless sprayer on a dry, clean and thoroughly degreased surface. The recommended number of layers is 2-3 with a dry film thickness of 100-140 microns per layer. The next layer of paint should be applied no later than 2 hours after the previous one. Before use, the soil should be thoroughly mixed for 3-5 minutes until smooth. If necessary, o-xylene can be used for thinning, no more than 20% of the paint mass. This solvent can be used to clean tools after use.
