Special heat-resistant paint is intended for painting thermally stressed engine parts, cylinder blocks, exhaust pipes. One-component organosilicate enamel. Does not contain lead compounds.

Heat resistant paint for engines and exhaust systems is an ideal product for painting cars, motorcycles, boats, machine tools, barbecues and grills that are exposed to intense heat. Withstands temperatures up to +400 degrees Celsius. Specially designed formula reduces drying time and speeds up the repair process. The resulting paint coating has high strength, hardness, flexibility, and is resistant to weathering, gasoline, and machine oils.

Application

The heat-resistant paint is applied with a brush, roller, pneumatic or airless sprayer on a dry, clean and thoroughly degreased, unprimed surface. The recommended number of layers is 1-2 with a total dry film thickness of 35 microns. The next layer of paint should be applied no later than 1 hour after the previous one. Before use, the enamel should be thoroughly mixed for 3-5 minutes until smooth. If necessary, oxylene, xylene (organic solvents: 646,647,650) can be used for dilution, no more than 20% of the paint mass. This solvent can be used to clean tools after use.
