One-component weather-resistant enamel with a metallic effect for car wheels. Type of material: one-component alkyd enamel. Does not contain lead compounds.
The enamel is used for the restoration of the protective paint and decorative paintwork and paintwork of car wheels of cars and trucks, buses, motorcycles, trailers and other vehicles made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. After application, it forms a particularly durable coating with a significant content of metallized pigment, due to which it has excellent resistance to the abrasive effects of sand, stone impacts, as well as the corrosive effects of water, salt and road reagents. Enamel protects against precipitation and direct sunlight – it does not fade, crack or crumble.
Application
Spec-Enamel-137 is applied by brush, roller, air or airless sprayer to a primed, dry, clean surface. The recommended number of layers is 1-2 with a dry film thickness of 100-140 microns per layer. The next layer of paint should be applied no later than 1 hour after the previous one. Before use, the enamel should be thoroughly mixed for 3-5 minutes until smooth. If necessary, oxilol can be used for dilution, no more than 20% of the paint mass. This solvent can be used to clean tools after use.
