Dye pigment paste POLYMER O is a professional quality synthetic dye that is used for making candles, for tinting decorative finishing waxes and other systems based on a mixture of wax and mineral oil, as well as for tinting polyvinyl chlorides, polyurethanes, epoxy, organic silicon, tritol-modified phthalic resins, nitrocellulose and other systems. Do not use as food coloring!

APPLICATION: Before use, mix the tinting paste thoroughly so that the product is evenly tinted, first mix the necessary amount of tinting paste with a small amount of the base material (for melted wax at a temperature of about 70°C-80°C) mix everything thoroughly after checking the compatibility with the base material, the tintable the paste can be used, add the resulting mixture to the remaining base material, mix everything thoroughly until the tinted mass becomes homogeneous in terms of color. Important! The appearance and shade of the tinted material depends on the material itself and the processing (application) method. These properties reach their final form only after the tinted material has completely dried and hardened.

CONSUMPTION: Recommended amount of color paste: from 0.1% to 5% of the total weight of the material.

COMPOSITION: -pigment; – flexibilizer; – functional additives.

STORAGE: Paint paste is stored in tightly closed containers, away from heating devices at a temperature of ± 40 ° С and away from direct sunlight. If the paste is frozen, thaw the paste at room temperature and mix thoroughly to obtain homogeneity, the pastes fully retain their specifications. Shelf life 60 months from date of manufacture, in unopened packaging.
