Water-dispersion acrylic paint for interior work with a stable white color and a deep matte “velvet” effect even at an angle. Forms a snow-white coating that is resistant to chemical cleaning.

Purpose:

Primary or repair painting of plastered, concrete, brick, putty surfaces, gypsum board and other building boards inside buildings. Especially used in rooms with normal humidity and low operational load, which do not require frequent cleaning. Due to its uniform “velvet” appearance, it is especially suitable for ceilings and other surfaces where it is necessary to hide minor defects.
Painting conditions
The surface to be painted must be dry and durable. The temperature of the surface, air and paint must be from +5 to +35 °C, the relative humidity of the air must not exceed 80%.

Surface preparation

New surface:
Clean the surface from dirt and dust. If necessary, level with putty according to the instructions for use. Sand the hard, glossy surface to a matt finish and thoroughly remove dust. It is recommended to allow new lime-cement surfaces to dry for at least one month before treatment. Before painting, surfaces that absorb moisture should be primed with acrylic primer BRILLIANT or (for weak, crumbling surfaces) UNIVERSAL according to the instructions for use. It is recommended to cover surfaces that will not be painted with a protective film.

Previously painted surface
Carefully remove all flaking coatings. Wash the surface with an alkaline detergent solution, rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry. Then treat in the same way as new surfaces.

Painting

New surface:
The paint must be thoroughly mixed before use. If necessary, it can be diluted with water (up to 10%). Apply with a brush, roller or sprayer in 1–2 layers.

Repair painting:
Retouching of ULTRAMATT NEO interior paint coating should be done with the same paint or the same type of paint. See section “Surface preparation”.

Cleaning of tools
Remove remaining wet paint from tools and rinse with water. Dried paint traces can be removed by soaking in a warm detergent solution.

Maintenance

The painted surface can be cleaned with a soft cloth or sponge, avoiding any exposure to moisture. Freshly painted surfaces should be handled with care, as under normal conditions the coating reaches its final strength in about a month.

SAFETY

The paint is fireproof and non-toxic. WARNING. The product may cause skin irritation or allergic reactions, mist droplets are harmful if inhaled. Wear protective clothing and gloves when applying, and a respirator when spraying.
This product has a VOC limit value (Cat. WB/1(a)): 30 g/l.

This product contains no more than 5 g/l VOC.

Environmental protection.
Do not empty into drains, water courses or onto the ground. Dispose of liquid residues at a waste collection point. Empty containers and dry residues as construction waste.
