PURPOSE: for varnishing wooden surfaces outside and inside the premises. Also suitable for metal and ceramic products. It is used for protective and decorative varnishing of the surface and interior of ships, boats, yachts; floors, doors, parquet, window frames, as well as handrails and other metal parts.

SURFACE PREPARATION: to avoid color differences, remove all partially peeling old coatings down to bare wood, sand, remove dust and dirt.

APPLICATION: before application, the varnish, especially silky-matt, must be thoroughly mixed, avoiding shaking. The varnish is applied with a brush, a special spatula, spraying or immersion in 2-3 equal, thin layers with thorough drying of each layer. To apply a primer layer on surfaces from new wood, it is recommended to dilute the varnish with Thinner (up to 20%). Before applying the next layer of varnish, the surface of the clear varnish is recommended to be lightly sanded. When applying tinted varnish, increasing the number of layers leads to a progressive increase in color; to protect against uneven floor wear, it is recommended to apply a top coat of a colorless varnish.

Drying time at +20 °C and relative air humidity of 50%: from dust – 2 hours, tack free – 4 hours. Careful sanding and application of the next layer is possible in about 6 hours, operation – in a day, but not before the complete drying of the varnish. This time increases significantly with decreasing temperature, increasing humidity and especially the layer thickness.

Norm of covering the surface in 1 layer: 10 – 12 m2 / l, depending on the method of application, the quality of processing and the porosity of the surface.

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND SAFETY: store and transport in a branded sealed container at a temperature of -20 to +30 °C, out of the reach of children.

DANGEROUS. Contains white spirit. Keep away from fire, heating devices, direct sunlight and moisture. When applying, use protective clothing and gloves, and when spraying, in addition, a respirator. Efficient ventilation is required. Wet working tools should be cleaned of varnish residues and rinsed with Thinner. The container and product residues after drying are disposed of as construction waste.
