One-component primer for professional use, which is used as an adhesive and anti-corrosion layer for local and complete priming of non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, aluminum, ferrous metals and light alloys. Does not contain lead compounds.

DSE-SpecPrimer-037 is a one-component primer for professional use for exterior and interior work, contains thinners and reagents for optimal consumption and application after drying, forms an anti-corrosion and chemically resistant coating. It is used both as a primer, as it contains corrosion inhibitors and zinc phosphates, and as a finishing coating for various types of metals. The coating is balanced in terms of strength, flexibility, moisture resistance and frost resistance. Therefore, products based on DSE-SpecPrimer-037 can be used in areas exposed to salt water, corrosive liquids and gases. The filler allows you to apply layers of normal medium thickness, spreads well, fills pores well, is easy to sand, can be covered with any type of enamels and can be used as an independent coating. When drying, a high-strength film is formed, which is resistant to mechanical, abrasive and chemical effects and does not crack.

Application

DSE-SpecPrimer-037 is applied by brush, roller, pneumatic or airless sprayer to a dry, clean and thoroughly degreased surface. The recommended number of layers is 2-3 with a dry film thickness of 40-65 microns per layer. The next layer of paint should be applied no later than 2 hours after the previous one. Before use, mix thoroughly for 3-5 minutes until smooth. If necessary, oxilol organic solvent (646,647,650) can be used for dilution, not more than 20% of the paint mass. This solvent can be used to clean tools after use.
