IMPREGNANT FOR STONE, CONCRETE AND PAVING STONES
A water-based solution based on innovative fluoropolymer technology.
The formula does not contain organic solvents, so it is safe for both users and the environment, forms a durable
and transparent barrier that effectively protects surfaces against water, oil and
dirt absorption. In addition, the impregnator provides protection against stains
from oils, coffee, juices, wine and others. Its vapor permeability allows the substrate
“to breathe”, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The main feature of this product is that it does not change the natural appearance of the substrate,
does not turn yellow and does not form a film.
Application/Purpose
For the protection of various building materials, including:
• Natural stones
• Paving stones
• Terracotta
• Concrete
• Bricks, etc.
APPLICATION:
› The surface to be impregnated must be dry, clean and free of grease. It is important to remove all dirt, grease stains, dirt and efflorescence before impregnation.
› Stir the product thoroughly immediately before impregnation. Do not dilute. Always carry out a test run.
› The substrate must be impregnated with a brush, roller or sprayer, applying one or two coats using the “wet on wet” method.
› Do not apply an excessive amount of the preparation to the substrate, remove the excess before drying.
› On vertical surfaces, apply from the bottom up.
› Drying time is approximately 4 hours and depends on the conditions at the application site (temperature and humidity).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
› Optimal conditions of use: temperature from +10°C to +30°C and relative humidity below 70%.
› Initial surface protection after 24 hours. Full protection after 7 days, until then do not clean the impregnated surface, protect from water and dirt, as well as mechanical damage.
› For the care of the impregnated surface, use mild detergents. Do not use rough sponges.
› Immediately clean spills from the impregnated surface. Prolonged contact of spilled liquids with the impregnated surface may cause slight discoloration.
› It is recommended to re-impregnate the surface after 1 year.
› After application, wash tools immediately with water and detergent.
CONSUMPTION:
› 10–30 m²/l, depending on the application method, and in particular on the type and degree of absorption of the substrate. The effectiveness is indicated for one layer.
NUMBER OF LAYERS:
› 1 to 2 layers, depending on the type and degree of absorption of the substrate.
