Enamel DSE-Enamel-077 is a two-component polymer compound consisting of component “A” – an acrylic-polyurethane base modified with an admixture to obtain the declared indicators, and component “B” – a hardener with modifiers. Contains solvents and reagents for optimal consumption and application. The topcoat is a UV resistant, chemically and weather resistant, gloss finish. It is used as a high-strength and flexible finishing layer for water transportation, covering ships above the waterline, decks and stabilization tanks, protection of bridges, hydraulic structures, tunnels, protection of the outer surface of oil storage and transportation tanks. , oil products, gasoline, technical gases. The coating has balanced flexibility with indicators of strength, water resistance, frost resistance, crack resistance, chemical resistance in the temperature range from -60 to +100 °C. Easy to use, dries quickly in thin layers, long shelf life in industrial volume. After mixing the 2 components, the viability of the compound at a temperature of (20±2)°С is 6-8 hours.

Application

DSE-Enamel-077 is applied by brush, roller, pneumatic or airless spray on a primed, dry, clean surface. The recommended number of layers is 2-3 with a dry film thickness of 40-55 microns per layer. The next layer of paint should be applied no later than 3 hours after the previous one. Before use, it is necessary to mix component A and component B in one container in a ratio of 10:1 by weight, mix thoroughly for 3-5 minutes until homogeneous and wait 15-20 minutes for the components to react before use. . If necessary, you can use oxilol (646,647,650) for thinning, not more than 20% of the paint weight. This solvent can be used to clean the tool after work.
