Anti-corrosion, quick-drying two-component primer for metal surfaces. Two-component acrylic-polyurethane primer. Does not contain lead compounds.

Primer DSE-Primer-065 is a two-component primer for professional use for exterior and interior work, consisting of an acrylic-polyurethane base component “A” modified with various additives to obtain the declared indicators, “B” with a hardener with modifiers, contains diluents and reagents for optimal consumption and application, forms an anti-corrosion and chemically resistant coating after drying.

It is used both as a primer, as it contains corrosion inhibitors and zinc phosphates, and as a finishing coating for various surfaces. hydrotechnical structures, tunnels, protection of the outer surface of tanks for storage and transportation of oil, oil products, gasoline, technical gases. The coating has balanced flexibility with strength, water resistance, frost resistance, crack resistance and chemical resistance in the temperature range from -60 to +100 °C.

Easy to use, dries quickly in thin layers, long shelf life in industrial packaging. After mixing the 2 components, the viability of the compound at a temperature of (20±2)°C is 6-8 hours.

Application

DSE-Primer-065 is applied by brush, roller, pneumatic or airless sprayer on a dry, clean, grease-free surface. The recommended number of layers is 2-3 with a dry film thickness of 40-55 microns per layer. The next layer of paint should be applied no later than 3 hours after the previous one. Before use, you must mix component A and component B in one container in a ratio of 10:1 by weight, mix thoroughly for 3-5 minutes until a homogeneous mass and leave for 15-20 minutes for the components to react before use. If necessary, oxilol (organic solvent) can be used for dilution, no more than 20% of the paint mass. This solvent can be used to clean tools after use.
