For sale, paint for concrete floors AK-11
PURPOSE: for painting concrete, cement, fiber cement, brick, asphalt and other mineral surfaces inside and outside buildings, can be used for metal surfaces. It is used for painting concrete floors and structures, in particular industrial ones (garages, warehouses that do not use loading equipment with metal supporting elements), applying road markings, as well as painting metal floors in dry rooms.
SURFACE PREPARATION: clean the surface of old coatings, exfoliating efflorescence, dirt, dust and other contaminants. Concrete and other absorbent surfaces should be treated with Solvent Acrylic Primer according to the instructions for use. Remove old loose paint, mill scale, and rust from metal surfaces (if necessary, use Old Paint Remover and Rust Converter), degrease with Thinner. The surface must be dry and clean. The temperature of the surface, paint and air must be above -10 ° C, the relative humidity of the air is less than 80%.
APPLICATION: Stir the paint thoroughly before use; Apply the paint with a roller, brush or sprayer in 2 layers. To prevent color differences, apply the final layer on a continuous surface with paint from the same production batch; if not possible, gradually add and thoroughly mix the paint of another batch as it is used. For instructions on painting metal surfaces, see technical data sheet**.
Drying time at 20°C and 50% relative humidity – up to 1 hour, the next layer can be applied after 4 hours, but this time increases with decreasing temperature and increasing layer thickness.
The rate of surface coverage in 1 layer is 6 – 8 m2 / kg, depending on the roughness and porosity of the surface.
STORAGE CONDITIONS AND SAFETY: store and transport in a branded sealed container at a temperature of -20 to + 30 ° C, out of the reach of children. Keep away from fire, heating appliances, direct sunlight and moisture.
DANGEROUS! Contains solvents. Efficient ventilation is required. When applying, use protective clothing and gloves, and when spraying, in addition, a respirator.
