Mastic is perfect for a temperate climate – it forms a coating that is resistant to cracking due to frost and aggressive substances in the soil. Thanks to its thixotropic properties, the coating does not flow from vertical surfaces even at high temperatures.
\nThe aim:
\n\u2022 for repair of bitumen coatings, tin, metal tiles and other roof coverings.
\n\u2022 for surface priming, after diluting with water, in a ratio of 1:2.
\n\u2022 protect the underground parts of the building from moisture.
\nPREPARATION
\nDo not use on frozen or flooded surfaces. Clean the surface of dirt, glue, dust, loose parts and sharp edges. Clean the rust from the metal surface. If the surface is porous, level it with cement mortar and fill the voids. The foundation walls must be plastered and the new plaster or concrete must be dry and hardened. Remove protruding pieces of roofing material and other debris before re-roofing. Blisters and curved areas should be cut crosswise and glued with cold glue, and the surface should be primed with DISPROBIT primer mixture. To level the surface, fill all gaps and cavities with the leveling compound. Prime the substrate with DISPROBIT diluted 1:2 with water and allow to dry completely.
\nUSE
\nReady to use. Mix thoroughly before use. The mass is applied with a brush or trowel. Apply each layer after the previous one dries.
\nTECHNICAL DATA
\n\u2022 costs: for priming – 0.2-0.5 kg\/m\u00b2, for waterproofing – 0.8-1.2 kg\/m\u00b2 per layer.
\n\u2022 1 layer drying time: up to 6 hours.
\n\u2022 number of layers: for priming \u2013 1, for waterproofing 2-4.
\n\u2022 air and substrate temperature during use: from +5\u00b0C to +30\u00b0C.
\n\u2022 layer thickness: approximately 1 mm.
\nCleaning of instruments: water, after drying – organic solvents.
\nDANGEROUS! H412 – Harmful to aquatic life, causes long lasting effects. P102 – Keep out of reach of children. EUH208 contains 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one. May cause an allergic reaction.
\nTechnical data and information are provided for use at a temperature of +23\u00b0C \u00b1 2\u00b0C and a relative humidity of approximately 50%. Lower temperatures and higher humidity increase the drying time.
\nSTORAGE
\nStore in a tightly closed package, away from heaters, at a temperature between +5\u00b0C and +35\u00b0C. Protect from direct sunlight.
\nProduction date and expiration date on the package.
