PURPOSE: for varnishing wooden surfaces outside and inside the premises.<\/span><\/span> Also suitable for metal and ceramic products.<\/span><\/span> It is used for protective and decorative varnishing of the surface and interior of ships, boats, yachts;<\/span><\/span> floors, doors, parquet, window frames, as well as handrails and other metal parts.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

SURFACE PREPARATION: to avoid color differences, remove all partially peeling old coatings down to bare wood, sand, remove dust and dirt.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

APPLICATION: before application, the varnish, especially silky-matt, must be thoroughly mixed, avoiding shaking.<\/span><\/span> The varnish is applied with a brush, a special spatula, spraying or immersion in 2-3 equal, thin layers with thorough drying of each layer.<\/span><\/span> To apply a primer layer on surfaces from new wood, it is recommended to dilute the varnish with Thinner (up to 20%).<\/span><\/span> Before applying the next layer of varnish, the surface of the clear varnish is recommended to be lightly sanded.<\/span><\/span> When applying tinted varnish, increasing the number of layers leads to a progressive increase in color;<\/span><\/span> to protect against uneven floor wear, it is recommended to apply a top coat of a colorless varnish.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Drying time<\/strong> at +20 \u00b0C and relative air humidity of 50%: from dust – 2 hours, tack free – 4 hours.<\/span><\/span> Careful sanding and application of the next layer is possible in about 6 hours, operation – in a day, but not before the complete drying of the varnish.<\/span><\/span> This time increases significantly with decreasing temperature, increasing humidity and especially the layer thickness.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Norm of covering<\/strong> the surface in 1 layer: 10 – 12 m2 \/ l, depending on the method of application, the quality of processing and the porosity of the surface.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND SAFETY: store and transport in a branded sealed container at a temperature of -20 to +30 \u00b0C, out of the reach of children.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

DANGEROUS.<\/span><\/span> Contains white spirit.<\/span><\/span> Keep away from fire, heating devices, direct sunlight and moisture.<\/span><\/span> When applying, use protective clothing and gloves, and when spraying, in addition, a respirator.<\/span><\/span> Efficient ventilation is required.<\/span><\/span> Wet working tools should be cleaned of varnish residues and rinsed with Thinner.<\/span><\/span> The container and product residues after drying are disposed of as construction waste.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
